Delivery
Delivery to other countries is carried out by Ukrpost after 100% payment by Visa or Mastercard. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer. Calculation of the delivery cost occurs during the execution of the order and is paid together with the order. Delivery time 2-3 weeks from the moment of shipment.
Return
Under the Law of Ukraine on "Consumer Protection", the exchange and return of products is possible up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the User.
An indispensable condition for the exchange and return of the products is that the products were not in use, labels and presentation are saved together with availability of all the accompanying documents, as well as documents confirming the fact of payment (namely: receipt of payment, disbursement bill of lading from the courier). Products that were in usage can not be returned.
To return products, send a request to the address and get the actual return address where you need to return / exchange products.
In the case of exchange and return of products, the amount of the shipping cost and the commission for transferring money are paid solely at the expense of the user.
